Question authoring, tagging and versioning

Syllabus blueprint and difficulty mapping

On-demand balanced paper assembly

Granular role-based access control (RBAC)

A question bank is a security problem before it is a content problem. Everyone who touches it is a potential leak, and a paper that escapes early costs an institution an entire examination cycle.

QBMS treats access as the primary design constraint. Role-based access control is granular, multi-factor authentication is mandatory, and every action — who authored a question, who approved it, who assembled it into a paper — is recorded and auditable.

Assembly

Questions are tagged against syllabus blueprints and difficulty levels, then papers are assembled on demand to a specified balance rather than hand-picked. Versioning means a question edited after use does not silently rewrite history for a paper already sat.
