BUILT-IN CAPABILITIES

Admissions and student profiles

Attendance and timetabling

Fee collection and receipts

Academics, homework and assessments

Schools run most of their operations on paper and WhatsApp because school software is usually either an accounting package with a student list bolted on, or a parent-communication app that knows nothing about academics.

eSkool puts the whole institution on one platform and builds every screen mobile-first, because the people who use it most — teachers and guardians — are on phones, not desktops.

What changes day to day

Attendance is taken once and flows to academics and to guardians. Fees are raised, collected and reconciled in the same system that knows who is enrolled. Report cards are generated from marks already captured, not retyped from a register.

Guardians see attendance, homework, fee status and results without having to ask — which removes a substantial share of the front-office phone traffic.
