Decentralised admissions produce the same failures everywhere: seat blocking, vacancy mismanagement, inconsistent timelines, and no way for the state to see what is actually happening across its institutions.
CAP puts every undergraduate seat under one rule-driven platform with uniform timelines and real-time visibility of vacancies across all participating institutes.
How allocation works
Students create one profile and make a single application covering up to 25 programmes, ranking preferences that stay editable until the window closes. Common and category merit lists are generated centrally, with tie-breaking and merit-index rules configured per institution, and automated conversion between reserved categories where regulation requires it.
Upgrade rounds run automatically across multiple cycles so seats that free up are re-allocated rather than left vacant.
Beena
An AI assistant answers student queries in natural language, reads sentiment, and returns context-aware guidance grounded in the actual admission rules — which sharply reduces the volume reaching the helpdesk during peak windows.
