Urban local bodies carry a wide mandate on thin staffing. The software has to be usable by a ward clerk with limited training and still produce data the commissioner can act on.
Priorities we design for
- Counter speed. A citizen at a counter should not wait while a page loads. Every high-volume transaction is optimised for that moment.
- Offline tolerance. Ward offices lose connectivity. Field survey and collection apps queue locally and sync when the link returns.
- Grievance closure. A complaint that vanishes into a queue is worse than no system. Escalation timers and closure verification are built in.
- Revenue visibility. Demand, collection and arrears by ward, updated daily — the single view most municipal leadership asks for first.
