Some requirements are genuinely specific: a recruitment process defined by statute, a settlement rule unique to one bank, a workflow that exists because of a 1998 regulation nobody can repeal. Those get built.
How we scope
We insist on a discovery phase before quoting anything substantial. It usually takes two to four weeks and produces a specification, a wireframe set and a fixed-price estimate. If you decide not to proceed, the specification is yours to take elsewhere.
Non-negotiables in our builds
- Accessibility. Public-facing systems get keyboard navigation, screen reader support and sufficient contrast. For government work this is a legal requirement; we apply it everywhere.
- Multi-language. Bengali, Hindi and English interfaces where the users need them, with the content layer designed for it from the start rather than bolted on.
- Documentation. Handover includes architecture notes, runbooks and a working local setup, verified by someone who did not write the code.
