What you will do
- Run discovery workshops with university, government and banking clients
- Translate statutory rules and existing processes into specifications engineers can build from
- Lead rollout, training and the first weeks of live operation
- Stay close enough to users to hear what they are working around
What we look for
- 4+ years in implementation, business analysis or delivery management
- Ability to read a regulation or an ordinance and extract the rules from it
- Comfort presenting to senior government and institutional stakeholders
- Fluency in English and Bengali or Hindi
- Willingness to travel to client sites, including district locations
