Our analytics work usually starts with a client whose numbers do not agree with each other. Your job is to make them agree, and to keep them agreeing.
What you will do
- Build ETL/ELT pipelines with validation gates that catch bad data before it reaches a dashboard
- Design warehouse schemas around the decisions clients need to make
- Trace reported figures back to source systems and document where they break
- Hand over documented, maintainable pipelines — not scripts only you can run
What we look for
- 3+ years in data engineering or a closely related role
- Strong SQL, and comfort with Python for transformation work
- Experience with orchestration tooling and incremental loading patterns
- Patience for the unglamorous part: reconciliation, data quality, and explaining to a stakeholder why two reports disagreed
